How to input Registration Key to unlock the PalmBrew Guide

The PalmBrew Guide provides a full-functional, free demo for a limited time period. During the demo period, the guide is 100% functional with all features, interactive maps and data available. When the free demo period ends, you must input a Registration Key to unlock the Guide for further use. Once unlocked, the guide is permanently enabled; there is no future expiration date. Free, frequent updates are provided to registered users here on the ChoiceWay Media web site.

Registering PalmBrew and ChoiceWay City Guides on Palm OS Devices.

1. If you did not buy a Registration Key when you downloaded the ChoiceWay Guide, you can purchase a key here or from an affiliated vendor including Handango (www.handango.com). When you purchase a key on this site you will get an immediate key while you are on-line, plus you will receive a confirming email. Other vendors also provide "real-time" (instant) keys, but in some cases, an email with the key will be sent later (usually within 24 hours of purchase).
2. When you have your key, tap the "Applications Icon" on the Palm device.
3. Then tap the "ChoiceWay Guide Icon" to start the guide program.
4. After the guide starts, tap "Register" to go to the registration screen.
   
5. When the registration screen appears, you can input your key using graffiti strokes or tap on the 123 near the lower right of the screen to enable a popup numeric keyboard. All the digits in the key are numbers. Leading zeros (0) if any, should be entered along with all the other digits. For reference the actual Palm User Name of your Palm device will be displayed near the bottom of the screen.
6. If you use the numeric keyboard, tap "Done" when you finish.
7. Verify that the correct digits are showing on the registration screen and tap "Register" to finish.
   
8. If you make a mistake entering the Key, you will see this screen. If you have a problem after re-entering the Key, the Key probably does not match the Palm User ID for this device. Check to verify that the Palm User shown on the registration screen matched the User Name you supplied at the time of purchase. If you are still having a problem email "support@choiceway.com"
9. After you register the Guide, you will see this confirmation screen.
10. When you click "Ok" after registration, you will go to the starting page of the guide or "Home" Page.
    
11. After registration, the ChoiceWay Guide will always start immediately on the "Home" page of the guide.
